Hello everyone,
There are two types of training, physical and mental, one is not more important than the other. It does not matter how skilled you are if you can be beaten mentally, however, even if you are not skilled enough but are mentally strong enough, you can hold your own against near overwhelming odds. This i state through my own experiences!
I have now adopted a new strategy to train my players, i will send them to the school of hard knocks, that's where i graduated!
One on one, against me! Make or break guys! I'm taking on all comers!
